Evolving out of the travel blogging community in 2010 to a now thriving client list of dedicated bloggers and corporate client, Chris has spent his fair share of time earnings his stripes. Chris began the business after jumping ship from the corporate IT world, setting off to travel Europe while documenting his travels at the popular Australian travel site, The Aussie Nomad. After spending many hours performing free technical support for his fellow travel blogging friends as they struggled with wifi reception and broken WordPress blogs around the world, he discovered a passion for this line of work and decided to build it into a new career online. With blogging’s growing influence and popularity across multiple niches such as travel, food, fashion and family life, there was an obvious business case for providing quality support to bloggers, and this is how Chris established himself as the “Tech Guy” for many in the travel blogging community. Since then, his business RTW Labs has expanded to provide support to independent bloggers and businesses in other fields, and continues to do so via strong word of mouth and a dedication to offering dependable support.
